Communities Cancel Title is required

I was wondering if anyone has any information about the communities our sponsored children live in. My two sponsored children in Zambia live in community's 1200 and 1277. What does this mean in regards to schools, what community centers they go to and how they have been effected by the recent cholera epidemic. I don't understand how the numbers translate to I hope you can help! I have been thinking about this recently and was hoping that somene here knew the answer.

You'll find it if you go on the "My Kids" page, click on "View more info" under the child's photo, then click "Learn More" under "About me".
