Bicol Region Cancel Title is required

Has anyone visited a child in the Bicol region? I won't be visiting for at least a year, but I am trying to get an idea of visiting and gather as much information as I can. It looks mountainous and has one small airport and I don't think its an international one. So will I have to fly into Manila and take a boat to the island? Then travel by jeepney? Trying to get some ideas and be prepared for such adventures! TIA!!

Unless they are visiting youth in both Manila and Legazpi, most sponsor visiting kids in the Bicol region fly into Bicol International Airport.  It's located in Daraga, which is an area that we have a center in, so it's in the thick of things.
