Covid-19 Ecuador Cancel Title is required

My sponsor child Xiomara lives in Ecuador, in the region of Guayquil which is the hardest hit.  I know CI is closed, but I am hoping her and her family are ok. I want to send her an EG to try to help them during this time, but I don't know if they will get it.  I know it's hard for people in Ecuador and other countries because a lot of them don't have money if they don't work.  Will Xiomara's family get the EG if I send it? I know now is the time she really needs it.

The children that I sponsor are also in Guayaquil. I am sending extra money these months, and the CI in Ecuador has bought them food and things that they needed. specifically they were asked what they needed, and that is what they got. I received a beautiful photo of Ashley with many groceries by her side. That way, you know you can help them. More than anything, the situation in Guayaquil was horrible and terrifying. Seeing that photo and knowing I was safe made my day brighter. My family lives there, and I know it is still not safe.

How is the situation with protests there? It got so bad that earlier this year the govt moved out of the capital city of Quito and went to Guayaquil. For a time the road connecting the two cities was closed. I wonder if any C I centers were effected? 

@JeffreyB1983:  There was civil unrest in Ecuador from October 3 -14, 2019 and the government did move from Quito to Guayaquil.  At that time out community centers located in Quito, and our central office were closed. Things were back up and running after the government reinstated the fuel subsidies (the crux of the issue) and our families and staff were all safe.
