message center Cancel Title is required

So my daughter picked a little girl to sponsor she's around her age and is excited to write her but it's not working for me. I need some assistance I even wrote CS and they responded back but again not even showing an option to write a letter. 

I'm sorry your having issues. Please call the Care Team as there are a couple of reasons you might not being given the opportunity to write...but without additional information such as how long ago you signed up, have you made your first donation yet etc. it's hard to pinpoint the exact reason why. I'm not sure if you emailed the CT or not, but we'll be happy to look into it for you.
