What's the bare-bones? Cancel Title is required

So I've been reading the message board about all kinds of troubles that sponsors are having with the CI Website - information missing or mixed up, and things disappearing. Then, looking through the children available to sponsor, I started seeing upside-down and sideways photos of some of the kids. What is really going on at CI? What is the IT department doing? Are you all trying to transition to new software or something? Please tell us exactly what is going on there! Is CI about to go under?

So now on December 8 I see that there are a lot of "missing user" avatars - some of my posts being displayed with this avatar. What is the world is going on here? What "new computer system" are you all using? How many people are actually working on this "transition" (which seems to be getting more problematic as time goes on)?

We understand your concern, and no we are not about to go under. We are very stable, just simply transitioning to MS Dynamics. However, not all the out-of-the box functionality of anysystem will support one-on-one sponsorship of a child, there are manycomplexities and much customization is required.  We’re also trying to takeadvantage of the digital efficiencies to admin lower costs and maximize benefits toprograms/services. We've been on a very customized system since 2006, and with over200,000 children and 10 agencies, it’s a lot of information and details to manage and migrate. We know change it hard, and bugs make it even harder, and we truly appreciate the grace our sponsors are giving us while we traverse the migration. Thank you!
