EG update Cancel Title is required

I sent out two EG out the same time, back at the start of July. Received an update from one of them about a month ago. The other one have not receive any update. Both are from DR. I believe they are in the same community as well; just wondering if he is still in the program.

@Kenny239, our records indicate that we have emailed both follow-ups to you. Dawnny's was sent in September and Andy's was sent in August. Please let us know which one you are missing and we will be happy to resend it to you.

I’m glad I inquired about, they informed me that they forgot to send out the EG update for my child.
