Time-Capsule Contact Info?

My sponsored girl in GUATEMALA will be finishing her high school career track this Halloween. She will be qualified to earn a good income in a computer-type job, supporting herself and family :-D

BUT she will be only 16 3/4 years old. If she must move out of CI range for the job, or does so well that she leaves the program to make room for another, (or other) before 18, could I ask her old CI comm. center to hold my contact info, for when she turns 18?  If so, would I be allowed to say in my final letter that this info is on file at her old Comm. Center and that, if she wants to, she may retrieve it at age 18?

I have another girl that age in COLOMBIA. If for some reason she were to leave the program early, could that be done for her?  Is the policy the same in all CI countries, or different?  Is it the same in different regions, or might it differ by region?  i.e. the same in Cartagena and Barranquilla?

I also help group-sponsor 2 ZAMBIAN teens, both 14, who go to different community centers.  What is the policy there?

The no direct contact policy until a child graduates the program at age 19 or leaves for some other reason at age 18 is the same program wide - in other words, it does not vary from country or by agency.  The staff would not be able to hold a letter for several years and then try and find youth to deliver it to them.
