Suggestion Cancel Title is required

SUGGESTION for future web changes: It would be helpful if this CI web page has a letter tracker we can check.
This tracker to report that letter we have sent which could either be online or by mail (and reviewed first by a CI staff) have actually been delivered to the kids. I understand that kids may choose not to respond to our letters. That's okay.
It is just that receiving CR or required letters often times fail to tell/hint if they have received our letters.

Again, this is just a suggestion/something to think about. This may help sponsor to kids communication and decrease calls to CI office

I agree with you! it would be nice to be able to track letters. 

I've been thinking about suggesting something like this too. I'm that person that always has to track everything and I don't like not knowing if someone got a package/letter I sent. It doesn't even have to be a detailed tracker it could just say like "The CI office mailed your letter to the center" and "The center got the letter!" "Letter was given to child" and stuff like that. I would just love some way to keep track of the letters and know for sure they actually got them. I also feel annoying contacting CI every time I want to know about letter progress. It would be nice to be able to just go to my account and find out.

The best way to make a suggestion is by using the Website Feedback form at the bottom of the website.  When used, the form is e-mailed to numerous people/departments at CIKC and will get noticed!  Suggest On My Friends!
