Short Notice Visit?

In the past I visited with 60 days notice, but now it's more difficult.  As a single parent who works, getting all the pieces together isn't easy.
Has anyone been successful asking for a visit with short notice?  I have just been approved for time off from work.  It's now February 25th.   I can fly in to Guadalajara on March 15th, and visit on Friday the 16th.  I fly out on Sunday.  IS THIS POSSIBLE ?  I emailed the office but the auto-response told me its' 1-3 business days for a response.  That seems like it's not going to work.  Has anyone been successful with this?  I have two children I sponsor.  One I have never met.   Let me know the easiest way that I can find out.  Thank you for your time.

Call or live chat CI on Monday during business hours. That's a lot faster than e-mailing them and waiting for a response, which usually takes 2 days.

Yes I called them and they checked the calendar and said YES!!!!!!  I can visit on March 16th.  This is amazing.  I am very excited.  Now I have to figure out what to do.
Since I met one child already and visited her home, I'm thinking of spending the morning with both children in activity and lunch, and then the afternoon visiting with
the other child only as I haven't got to know her yet much.   This is magnificent!  They were great when I called today.  Thanks for the idea.
