New picture Cancel Title is required

Hello. I was wondering.. i got a new picture of my sponsored child in Zambia today.  Does that mean they met up to take picture and give letters or and EG’s at that time also??? Just wondering how that works.  Thank you so much for any information.  I am sooooo pleased with this organization.  Great work!!1

I have no idea- I’m just commenting in the hopes that @Debbies will see it and have an answer for you :D 

In a few instances, families in Zambia have been able to meet with our staff to deliver EGs and/or letters, as well as take annual photos of the children. These meetings are conducted by appointment only. Hope this clarifies some things.
