I would like Casper to have a bed, how do I make that happen?

Contact CI and ask them to explore if the family wants a bed. CI will send you a report to tell you what the family needs and the cost.  It's important to have in your mind the amount of money you want to send because once CI contacts the family, the family will expect to receive what they said they needed/wanted.

Something to consider is they may not have room in their home for a bed. Sometimes a mattress is a better choice 

It's better to say to CI asking about Casper's sleeping condition and what help/needs what they benefit?
