Hi, as I'm Spanish, I will obviously write my letters to my Dominican Republic kid in Spanish.
Also, her letters will also be in Spanish, so no translation is needed.

Of course it will make communication easier, but does it make it faster?

Thanks

I don't think it will speed things up unfortunately.  They still have to screen the letters to make sure there's nothing inappropriate in them.  Three of my four kids speak English, and their letters don't have to be translated, but I haven't noticed that I receive them any quicker.  :(

It may not make things move any faster, but it *will* help keep CI's translation costs down. =) My first child Gisel was from Colombia, and I wrote to her in Spanish (that was why I chose a Spanish-speaking country in the first place!). Her letters to me were always translated into English as well, though, even though I didn't need it.

Hi Saddare,

I think you can setup in your account all communications to be in Spanish.

I did. I hope it works :-)
