Badges Earned Cancel Se requiere un título

Not really an issue, just curiousity.  Since July 2006 I've sponsored 3 children.  2 graduated from program, one just recently. The other has 4 more yrs. approximately before graduating.  Saw just a 1 in badges.  Wouldn't the other 2 make it 3?  As I said, number of badges not an issues, just curiousity.
