At what age do US kids graduate high school?

18 years of age is the average age when children graduate high school in the US. Depending on birth dates, and when they started school, or possibly had to repeat a grade, some children are 17 and others 19 years old.  

There are also students who skip grades and graduate earlier, but they are the exception. So 17/18 is the 'typical' age of high school graduates in the US.
