Community Centers Cancel Se requiere un título

One thing I've sometimes wondered is if the CI community centers are open on weekends or just during the week. I wonder if a child had an urgent health situation would help be available on a weekend? I think the community centers are so terrific!

I couldn't say about centers on weekends, but I'm thinking medical people are volenteers and are there on scheduled days. For minor things there are probably folks trained for first aid type situations. It would be great if C.I. had the funds to have a paid Doc. on staff at least dureing the week.

Some are open for 1/2 day on weekends to collect letters, hand out benefits, etc. With regard to urgent health/medical on the weekends, most families will take their children to the closest hospital if it's an emergency, accident, or urgent need.

If it's something "less" urgent then the family would wait until the community center was open again on Monday before bringing their child in - similar to what many families in the US do.

Thanks for the info. It's nice to see some are open for a time on weekends to hand out benefits, etc.
