SNG dates Cancel Se requiere un título

I was wondering what the date on the SNG memo signifies?

I sent an SNG for one of my children on 11/27 and the memo reply and photos were dated beginning of January. I am wondering if this means the child received the SNG after Christmas? or could the paper work have been filled out at a later date?

When I send a SNG and get the memo reply back, it has a date that the item was recieved by CI and the date it was given to the Child.
At least that is how it was with my last SNG in April 2013.

Special Needs Reports have one date on them, and that is just when the staff begins working on the paper work. The report can be started before or after the items where delivered to the family.

Direct Package Reports have two dates, the date the package was received at the agency and the date when the family came in to retrieve the package.

I did know about the dual dates on the DPs, which is great. For the SNG I didnt pay attention to dates until this last one. no big deal, just curious aboutthe appropriate time to send Christmas special gifts. Thanks
