Education Reports list the child’s grade, if they are doing poor, fair, satisfactory, etc. in school, distance to the school and what the school is constructed of and comprised of. With the exception of the school construction and how they are faring in school, we have the information in our KC office and you can request it via phone or chat a staff member would be able to look up the info.
If a sponsor wants to provide for their child’s educational needs, we have to send an inquiry because we do not have that info in our KC office. However, the child’s school schedule depends on when we would send the memo. It is best to send this request about 2 months before the new school year starts (the agency would not be able to get the info from the school any earlier).
Since there is a very small window of time for our staff to get the school info and when the funds would be needed, most sponsors will simply provide a donation of $100+ and ask that it be used for educational needs.
