dvd player Cancel Title is required

I have a couple of sponsored kids in the Philippines and would like to send them a disney movie/dvd. However, I'm not sure if they would have any means of playing it. Would CI office have a means of playing it for them? In other words, I'm ok with CI keeping the movie and playing it for other kids. Like, maybe, they can have a movie night.
Please advise.

I wouldn't send anything like that in general, personally.  But movies like DVDs and Blu-Rays are region coded, so a DVD purchased in the US won't play in other regions of the world.
