Post-Pandemic Cancel Se requiere un título

So are we strictly doing letters by email still or are we able to send letters by mail still? I know a lot changed since COVID and all. I'd love to send a handwritten letter to Mariel. 

I wonder how things are for them in the Philippines since COVID happened. I know things are rough here in the US, so I know it has be so rough over there. My recent picture of Mariel, she doesn't look so well, her eyes have dark circles around them and she isn't smiling. She looks so tired and it makes me so concerned for her. 

All I do is think and worry about her since I got her photo. I been sending letters and cards like crazy letting her know I am thinking of her. I am hoping to be able to send an EG soon to her. 

We're so glad Mariel has such a caring sponsor! Yes, you can mail a handwritten letter but we suggest using the Message Center - it's the quicker way to get your message to her and has the option to include photos, which we've heard the children love. :) 

May I ask, what size are the photos that they receive as sent on the email system? Are they the thumbnails we see in the preview or do they get printed out in a larger format so that the children can see them better? Also, are there any plans to create a system where sponsors can send fuller sized photos in general?

Pre-pandemic, when we would see the printed letters (because we printed and mailed from CIKC) if a single photo was used it printed out roughly 2x3 inches.  Two photos are just a tad smaller than that, but when you include 3 that's when they do get pretty small.  I personally only ever uploaded on per letter, but that's just me. 
In response to your second question, yes there are. Both the field staff and the Care Team staff have submitted suggestions, and I know some sponsors have too via the website feedback form. Our IT team is working on it.  Thanks!
