I tried several times to upload a new photo of us for our child and it kept giving me an error message. Any idea when this will be fixed? Anyone else having this issue?

First time I have heard of an error message when uploading a photo. I added a photo to a card late last week with no issues except, when I upload my photos, they usually end up on their side so the top is on the right side and the bottom is on the left. No matter what I try, it stays that way. Hopefully we'll both get an answer to our questions.

Oops! I'm so sorry you encountered this issue. If it is still persisting, please send a Website Feedback form (found at the bottom of the website) and include a screenshot of the error, and if you can, include the photo you are trying to upload and which browser you are using and if it's a desktop, laptop or phone. This will help our IT Team recreate the issue to determine the cause and the fix. Thank you for your patience.

Same issue.
I spent a long time loading a profile picture.
Error messages all the time.
In the Forums, normally my profile picture is not displayed.

PS.
Seems like it is rectified now.

New PS.
It comes and goes. This is just getting amateurish!

I seriously feel the IT people within the CI org, is so much below par, one can wonder if it is the children of the directors working with it.

Been so much issues with CI the last few years, I seriously consider sponsor via another org!

mrmister1964: Since your profile is set to private, I'm not exactly sure if we should be able to see your profile photo on post or not. I can tell you that your account has been migrated to the new computer system, so I've reported these issues to the IT group and asked them to confirm if the migration caused the issues you are experiencing or if it's MSC itself. It would be really helpful if you would enter a Website Feedback Form (found at the bottom of this page) and let us know what browser you use, what type of system (phone, PC, laptop) and any other details you can share, so that they can try and recreate the issue using the same system, browser, etc.  Thank you so much!

I cant see it myself.
Once in a while it is there.
I did something else on the site, went back and the pic was gone again.... and.....

I'm sorry it happened again. I urge you to complete a website feedback form and provide the details of the system and browser your are using. Also, if you could include what you did on the site and then went back and the pic was gone that allow the IT try and recreate the issue to solve it.
