Wiped out Profile Cancel Se requiere un título

So I logged in some days ago and realized my entire profile went blank and wiped out. I no longer follow anyone, and no one followed me. My bio and PFP was also wiped clean. Did my profile get completely wiped out for a reason? I am confused as to why I checked my social and saw that I had a new username and no icon. Any help? Or can anyone restore it?
