CI mix pictures and names. Cancel Se requiere un título

Good day,
I receive these e-mail "​reminders" about one of the children have an upcoming birthday.
You know, the one which starts with...."(my name), can you believe ​(child's name) will be turning xx years the (date)". The a poster is attached with pictures and so on.
Lately the Poster contains some serious errors.
I keep receiving these "Happy Birthday posters" where they a. mix 2 different children's pictures, and b. even mix the child's name with another child's birth date!
I send e-mails, but no respond.
Honestly, after several "flags" regarding other issues the last 2-3 years I start to really doubt the professionalism withing the CI organization.

Let's see if You finally can rectify it.
