Pathfinders /paTH,finders/ noun: A group of like-minded, visionary philanthropic leaders who understand the urgency to partner with Children International to solve global poverty.
From age 2 through young adulthood, we educate and empower children and youth to build productive lives that include sustainable career paths. Our signature workforce development program — Into Employment® — is a proven method that leads to success. It is because of our Pathfinders that we are able to make such a profound difference in the lives of our young people and their families.
Members of the society have the opportunity to interact with organizational leadership, join fellow Pathfinders on trips to the field to see our work in person, and be the first to hear about critical mission updates.
