Ena is the Chief Operating Officer for Casey’s, where she leads store operations, real estate, supply & distribution, fuel and operations support. Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer of National HME and prior to NHME, Ena spent 10 years at 7-Eleven, Inc. as Senior Vice President and Head of International, where she directed global functions. Before 7–Eleven, she spent 17 years at ExxonMobil and Mobil Oil Corporation in operations management, merchandising, transportation and supply, and leading the company’s West and Midwest divisions. Ena holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and African-American Studies from the University of Virginia.
Ena currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Daseke, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSKE), and she also serves as an advisor on the board of the Robert B. Rowling Center for Business Law & Leadership at Southern Methodist University (SMU). Ena is a Founding Member of the Village Giving Circle, a charity focused on advancing women and children of color in North Texas, and also serves on the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s Dallas Leadership Committee. Ena and her husband, Dana, are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy visiting wine regions around the world.
