PaShon is a Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) Leader at NetApp and is a seasoned public speaker and thought leader. She has dedicated her life to helping companies support data and digital equity, build pipelines and successfully hire individuals from different socio-economic backgrounds. PaShon has more than 25 years of leadership experience as a Talent executive across multiple industries. This includes leadership roles in Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and DEI&B at many large organizations such as Microsoft, Dell, Gannett/USA Today, Amtrak and Northrop Grumman.

PaShon attended Morgan State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in psychology, and also received executive education at UPenn-Wharton, UVA — Darden School of Business. She stays active in her community through positions on various advisory boards and committees. PaShon is passionate about breast cancer awareness and survivorship and has volunteered for Susan G. Komen and served as a board member for the Tigerlily Foundation. She is a Northern Virginia native, wellness enthusiast and is a big advocate of self-care through exercise and practicing mindfulness.
