Provide feedback on our website, sponsor communications and your overall experience as a sponsor. With a few minutes of your time each month, you will help even more children in poverty.
Your feedback will be used to shape the best communications and experiences for current and potential supporters. Any time you are invited to provide feedback, it will be with the intention of understanding the sponsor perspective so we can provide the most valuable information and support to sponsors like you.
If you’re a current sponsor and willing to provide feedback – you're qualified! You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to share your thoughts.
There is no obligation for participation – you choose when and how you want to provide feedback.
There are a few different ways you will be able to provide feedback:
Usability testing is a method of gathering real-time feedback to understand how supporters interact with our website. In partnership with UserTesting®, our trusted testing platform, you'll record a live feedback session in which you will be asked to complete a task. Learn more about usability testing.

You’ll receive an email when a new feedback opportunity becomes available.
Your feedback helps children in poverty in two important ways.
1. It helps create the best sponsorship experience. You understand sponsorship first-hand. Hearing your perspective and ideas provides insight to create the communications and experiences that offer sponsors the most value, supporting our mission to connect people around the world in the fight to end poverty.
2. It helps shape the way we communicate opportunities to support children in poverty. To continue making progress in the fight against poverty, it's important to find new sponsors and to address the most critical issues children in our program face. Your feedback helps ensure supporters understand how sponsorship and different donation opportunities can make a difference.
